The ShieldTek Team did an amazing job on my new roof. Excellent teamwork from the top down — managing, supervising, and installing my new Owens Corning products with real skill and attention to detail. Great communication and punctuality every step of the way; they showed up when they said they would and kept me updated throughout the whole process.

On top of the quality work, they cleaned up thoroughly afterward, leaving the property spotless. It's clear this team takes pride in what they do from start to finish. Wow what an Amazing Team at Shield Tek!! Chris and the guys walked me through the whole process on understanding how and what all I needed to get a new roof put on. This team is truly a blessing not once did I ever feel pressured  and the price that they quoted me was good.  The communication between the team was amazing  they got me locked in on a date and my roof was put up in a day . I had a full roof replacement a few weeks ago and I will say these are a great group of guys! They are very honest, professional, hard working and truly care about getting the job done right and in a timely manner. I have a little different application of this product. We had this installed on our class A motorhome roof earlier this year. The differences are amazing!  We left in June to spend a month in the Badlands of South Dakota where we experienced multiple hail storms.  The coating held up to a lot of torture and actually did a great job of “deadening “ the sound.  Now we are experiencing +95* bright sunny days in the Florida panhandle. Chris provided a quote and fixed minor repairs on our roof to prevent any additional damage for a small fee. I was pleased with his knowledge. He was not pushy, but presented suggestions/options. Chris and his team have done fabulous work at our home during the past year.  In addition to completing some needed masonry repointing, door repair and reconstructing a brick mailbox, they inspected the roof making needed minor repairs and applying refurbishing product.

The crew has always been professional, timely, and committed to providing quality customer service!!!

In an age where it seems some service providers are challenged to communicate and be responsive; it is refreshing to have a relationship with such a dependable firm!!
